Syracuse - August 30, 2012 - Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce that Emilee K. Lawson Hatch, an Associate Attorney at the firm, has recently been published in the Syracuse Law Review. She is the author of the 2012 Annual Survey of NY Law -Trusts and Estates. Included in her update are references to the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, Job Creation Act of 2010; New York Legislation on the Marriage Equality Act; Regulatory announcements; and New York State cases addressing adopted children and trustee liability.
Emilee’s practice focuses on the drafting of simple and complex estate plans, as well as all matters relating to areas within trusts and estates law. She concentrates her practice on tax planning, Medicaid planning, probate litigation, special needs planning, elder law, employee benefits, not-for-profit organizations, as well as advocacy with regarding to individual, estate, and business tax matters.
Emilee is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and earned her LL.M in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. She and her family reside in the City of Syracuse.
