Practice

Shawna is a paralegal in the business transactions, litigation, and tax planning and advocacy practice areas. She has experience working on matters relating to all aspects of entity formation, maintenance and dissolution for corporations, LLCs, and not-for-profits. She has researched and drafted pleadings for federal and state litigation cases and assists clients with the preparation and filing of offers in compromise with the IRS and NYS Tax Department as well as business and individual tax audits.

Shawna is currently pursuing certification as an Enrolled Agent from the IRS which will enable her to better assist clients with tax issues.
