Practice

Marjorie is a member of the Economic Development and Business Law Practice Groups. Her work focuses on maximizing financial and tax incentives for clients that are available to clients under local, state, and federal economic development and tax incentive programs. She completes Business Annual Reports, credit claim forms, and additional reporting requirements on behalf of clients in order to maintain participation in the respective program as well as maximize benefits.

Recent Experience

Marjorie researches information received from New York State and prepares communication to clients to ensure alertness of developing issues while offering suggestions for handling and/or resolution.
Marjorie provides support to community development projects, offering experienced handling of communication and filings with municipalities to guarantee project goals are achieved.

Professional and Community Involvement

Marjorie is a certified catechist and volunteer at St. Margaret's Church.
